At Rota Relief, we’re committed to making the locum process as smooth as possible for both practices and dental professionals. Your feedback helps us improve — whether it’s a suggestion, a positive experience, or a concern you’d like addressed!
All complaints and feedback are handled confidentially. Raising a concern will never affect your ability to work with Rota Relief or use our services in the future.
Our Complaints Process
- Acknowledgement – We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of you raising this to us.
- Investigation – A member of our senior team will review your concern and may be in touch for further details.
- Response – We aim to provide a full response within 10 working days.
